Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@cushycouch.com to notify of us. Please note, any shipping costs you incur to send products back will not be covered under the Refund policy. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will immediately refund you the full amount. Refund will be applied automatically on your original payment method. Please allow 2-8 days for the refund to show up on your providers statement (contact us if you still have not received a refund after 10 business days). 

Exchanges
We will accommodate exchanges within 30 days as well, however any shipping costs you incur to send products back will not be covered under the Refund Policy. Again, contact us at hello@cushycouch.com to start an exchange.

Damages and Issues
Please refer to our Manufacturer's Warranty page for details on what to do if you notice any issues with your product once you have opened it.
