Is Shipping Actually Free?!

Shipping is always free for any of our products to anywhere in Canada and the continental USA.

If you are located in an "island" state (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska) additional fee is required, you can contact us at hello@cushycouch.com or message us in the chatbox to get a quote for shipping.

How long does it take to get my Cushy Couch?

UPDATED for Christmas Orders (Orders Placed November 1 Onwards):

To ensure the best experience with your purchase, we plan to ship orders placed between November 1 and December 2 in late November or early December.

Our foam is compressed for shipping, so if we shipped your order immediately, you would need to unpack it well before Christmas to ensure the foam keeps its shape. By shipping all orders placed from November 1 to December 2 by December 6, we provide a 19-day transit window, allowing ample time for your order to arrive before Christmas.

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping times depend on your location. Transit time is typically 1-5 days from date shipped.

Can I track my order? 

Of course! You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is preparing for shipping which will include tracking information. Please note that when you receive this email it means your order is preparing for shipping and will ship soon, it does not mean it has already shipped. Tracking information updates as soon as your order has been picked up from our courier. 

Do you ship Internationally? 

We currently ship to North America (Canada and Continental USA) only. If you are located in an island State (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska) email us at hello@cushycouch.com for shipping pricing.

Do you offer local pickups?

Shipping is free on all orders, so we do not offer local pickup at this time.
